Indiana All State Rules
- All players shall see equal time on the field.
- Pitchers should pitch the same number of innings.
- Catchers should catch the same number of innings.
- Coaches should rotate players on defense in and out.
- In 8U and 10U we will allow four outfielders to play at the same time. This should allow coaches to get ample playing time for each player.
- Teams must bat entire roster.
- Coaches can bat whomever they want in order, however that order must stay the same for both games. In game two the batting lineup will begin where it ended in game one. The lineups are for coaches only as umpires will not need to worry about lineup cards.
Example: If batter 4 is your last batter in game one then you must start game two with batter 5 and the players listed after her. This allows us to get each player as close to the same number of bats as possible.
- Time limits are 70 minutes drop dead. Maximum 4 runs per inning. Maximum 7 innings.
- We ask that all players come dressed representing the team you played with in the 2024-2025 season.
- There will be no run rule in effect as we will play the entire 70 minutes each game.
- The All-State games were formed to allow fellowship among players throughout the state and for the players to get to play with other from all over the state. It was not formed on who wins or loses.
- Scores will not be kept by USSSA. Scores do not matter.
- Each player will receive and All State ring among other items for playing in the All-State Games.
- We will have fun stuff set up to do when not playing so get there early and enjoy the day.
