Welcome back to Indiana USSSA 2027 Season. If you are a new team we welcome you into our USSSA family.

Here are some things to know about USSSA events that you will need to know when attending our events;

USSSA will not be responsible for anyone injured by but not limited to foul balls, over thrown balls, batted balls, home run balls. Where you sit in a park is your decision. we do not have assigned seating. Please check your surroundings.

USSSA is not resposnible for broken glass or dents to your vehicles. Where you park is your decision. We do not have assigned parking. 

Creating a dub ID for a player:

Coaches if you try to add a player to your roster and the roster says player is on another roster or is not legal to be added to your roster do not create a new way to spell the players name or a different age of birthdate. Susupensions are going to be handed out if this continues. 

A must to play

Teams must be USSSA Sanction

Team roster must be on line

Teams must have updated insurance. 

Coaches must pass a background check. 

Tournament rules:

All rules are under the USSSA rule book

Rules not covered there then the National Federation Rule book will be used 

Using a guest player

In order to use a guest player the player must be on a usssa roster. 

The easy answer to know if she is legal to play on your team  is go to your team page .

Click on your team page.

Scroll down and follow info.on how to add them.

The system will tell you if the players are allowed or are illegal to use. If it says illegal then she is not allowed. 

Many times people say players are age eligible however if that player is on an older team roster or a higher classification it will tell you she is illegal to play. 

Game time:

Pool play: 70 minutes finish the inning. Pool may end in a tie.

Bracket play is 70 minutes must have winners.

Some special events like state and nationals have a longer time limit. 

Seeded Bracket:

The USSSA bracket system automatically seeds brackets after pool play. 

Protest of games:

Teams must pay $100 cash before protest.

If protest is upheld you will have fees returned

If you lose protest then you foefeit your fees:

Zero Tolerance Policy:

USSSA will not allow any abuse toward our staff which includes but not limited to umpires directors, gate workers vending staff and park personnel. 

Any spectator removed from a game will be gone for the remainder of that event. If it is the last game of the day then that person will not be allowed to be at their teams next USSSA event.

Rain out policy:

The director has the right to change the format in case of inclement weather. The  director has the right to but not limited to the following changes. 

Shorten game times

Reduce number of games played 

Drop loser bracket if one is used

Park rules:

No pets are allowed inside our parks unless they are service animals 

No outside alcohol allowed. 

no coach can consume alcohol while their team is playing.

No tobacco products allowed. This includes chewing and vaping.

Most all parks do not allow RV parking due to space. 

Gate fees: Please note the band will be issued on you hand, keys, hand or purse when entering park. Failure to have these on you will result in you being removed from the park for the remainer of the weekend.

Anyone caught sharing passes will be removed and suspended from all USSSA games for one year.

Weekend passes $25

Senior weekend $20

All day passes $ 15
