Welcome to the USSSA Fall State. We normally run over 100 teams in the fall state which is not as nearly big as our summer state, but still good numbers for a fall event.

It will be a double point event. All teams will receive double points.

If we have less than six teams in a division we may combine divisions but still give teams that are in a lower class awards and points the way they would have finished if they played in one event.

All rules are USSSA rule.

Any rule that is not in the USSSA rulebook we will be referred to the National Federation Book for clarification.

Tournament rules:

All teams must have roster on line, which shall include all guest players. Failure to do so will result in team being forfeited out of the event and place last in the tournament if someone protest them. Teams have until 3PM on Friday before the event to have roster completed.

Home team will be decided by coin flip except the 3rd place game and championship which the higher seed will be allotted the home team. If there is an if game a coin flip will determine the home team.in that game.

Time limits are 75 minutes finish the inning.

Championship games will be 90 minutes.

If games will be 75 minutes.

Any IF GAMES that starts after 7PM will be 3 innings or one hour time limit.

Run rules are: 12 after 3 innings. 10 run s after 4 innings. 8 runs after 5 innings of play.

All games are finish the inning.

Home team is official scorekeeper. Home scorekeeper needs to set in view of umpires and write the beginning time of the start of the game.

All teams must supply a lineup card to the umpire at the plate conference. Subs should be listed on the lineup card.

USSSA ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY:

USSSA will enforce their policy for any abuse toward their staff. This includes, but not limited to Director's, Umpires, UIC'S, Gate personnel and park staff. Any spectator ejected for any reason, then they are removed for the remainder of that event. If that event is in its last game then this will be enforced on that spectator when their team plays in the next USSSA event.

Any coach ejected must leave the playing area which is out of sight out of sound distance. Failure to do so may result in being ejected for two games. If the coach is ejected in their last game of the event, then the one game penalty is enforce when they play their next event.

Weather line in case of inclement weather is 812-350-3272. Emails will also be sent out also along with messages posted on the Indiana USSSA Facebook.

The Director has the option to change the format of the event in case of inclement weather such as changing number of games played, time limits lowered, number of inning played and dropping the losers bracket. Refunds are decided by the Tournament Director.

Parks Rules:

NO Pets allowed inside Lincoln Park or Clifty Park.

Edinburgh allows pets, but must be on a lease.

No alcohol allowed inside any facilities. If you are caught you will be ask to leave.

No Over night RV Parking allowed.

No outside burning.

Gate fees:

Weekend fees $20

Daily fees:      $15

Under 10 years old free.

Bands must be worn at all time.
