Refund/Credit Policy

GLSP/Northern Indiana USSSA Credit/Refund Policy

Refunds on entry fees will be given on entry fees or deposits for teams dropping 2 weeks or more from the start date of the event. Entry fees must be paid in full 2 weeks from the start date of the event or the team will be dropped.

Entry fees are non-refundable 2 weeks from the start date of an event. Teams will receive credit for a future event with Northern Indiana USSSA. Credit issued does not apply to future National events. Credit is transferable (by the listed team coach only) to another team in writing. Only one team credit can be used per entry. Credit may be used for the next future season (1 Year max) if the team cannot compete or transfer credit during the current year season.

***Note, if an event does not make it due to a lack of teams (less than 3), teams will receive a full refund instead of credit unless the team has an unpaid event in the current season. In that case, funds will be transferred.

***Note, unplayable games, inclement weather, power outages, or other acts of nature, vandalism, or acts out of our control: teams will receive a refund instead of credit unless the team has an unpaid event in the current season or wants us to hold credit. In that case, funds will be transferred appropriately.
