We recommend you do not sit in home run areas, foul balls areas, areas of overthrown balls or where teams warmup. Note that you are soley responsible for your safety attending any USSSA events.

Rosters:

All rosters must be on line prior to playing USSSA events;

Any teams using guest players , then they must be on line four hours prior to the start of the event.

Tournament rules:

All rules are goverern under USSSA rules.

Any rules not covered in the USSSA rules we will refer to the National Fedewation book for clarification.

Some events may have special rules for events and if so we will send out emails to coaches.

Run Rules:

12 after 3 inning of play

10 after four inings of play

8  after five innings of play.

(exception) 8U has no run rule after 3 innings.

Time limits:

Most all events will be 70 minute pool play games finish the innings.

Pool play may end in ties.

Bracket play is 70 minutes finish the innings must have a winner.

NIT events, State Tournament events and National events will have special time limits.

They are all 75 minute games following the same rules as if we were playing 70 minute games.

Seeding into brackets:

The USSSA data seeds teams to bracket play. What the website says is what we go by.

Home team:

Will always be deisgnated as the official scorebook. We recommend teams use a a book but game changer is approved.

We also recommend you sit by the area of where the homeplate umpire is, so they can confer with subs, time or any protests. We ask that home team writes down the start time of each game.

We recommend that you stay in contact during the game with the opposing teams scorekeepers.

In case of any issues the umpire has the right to designate the visiting team to become oficial book during th game.

Protest fees:

All protest fees are $100 cash money.

Protest must be done when play happens if a play occurs.

Judgments calls are not protestable.

Protest of rosters can happen anytime during the game.

If a team protest and wins the protest fees will be returned to the team.

If a team loses protest they will forfeit their fees.

Start time for games:

Games may start up to 15 minutes early after the first game of the day

Teams failure to comply may result in a forfeit being issued to your game. This is not up for discussion.

Each game will start with five warmup pitches, three pitches or one minute per inning after that.

After plate meeting games will start one minute from that.
